New Features

We’re happy to share with you some exciting new improvements to enhance your experience!

• Audio Improvements: We’ve been adding several improvements to the audio and improved sound effects in various areas of the game. We are aware that there are still several audio quality problems, and a few issues that were introduced with this update that we are currently trying to address.
  • The audio mixing overall
  • Reworked and remastered several sound effects and music
  • Added new and improved lobby music
  • Added missing win and lose screen sound effects
  • Improved music flow and transition in several areas of the game
  • Fixed multiple audio-related bugs and issues
• Wonder Whirl: We enhanced the visual presentation of Wonder Whirl, and the Jackpot reward is now highlighted better. Players can now also see the probability of hitting the Jackpot and other rewards, ensuring a more transparent experience!
• Treasure Pass: Treasure Pass now opens directly in the Quests tab, allowing for a more streamlined experience.
• Payment Services Act: Players in Japan will now see a confirmation pop-up when spending currency or making purchases, in compliance with the Payment Services Act. This feature will come into effect once the update is available to everyone.

Bug Fixes

With this update, we’ve improved stability and resolved some User Interface issues!

• Treasure Pass
  • Fixed an issue that caused Epic Quests not to progress beyond three completions in Treasure Pass. This will enable us to create more diverse quests in the future.
• Stability
  • Resolved an issue that caused players to freeze when opening rare chests after completing King Pig Panic.
  • Addressed a problem causing the Gem Shop to open multiple times, leading to freezes when tapping the play button in Tower of Fortune.
  • Resolved various server maintenance-related issues on both iOS and Android platforms to clarify when maintenance is enabled.
• User Interface
  • Resolved an issue that caused a missing sparkling effect on Red’s Treasure Pass offer popup.
  • Ensured the Golden Pig Challenge Event’s icon shows available entries correctly.
  • Corrected an issue where the level at which a bird can be unlocked was missing from Red’s Advisor speech.
  • Addressed the problem of Mighty Hats redirecting to the Mighty Eagle’s Shop even when the hat is unavailable.
  • Fixed overlapping text displaying remaining spins in Wonder Whirl with the iOS Home Indicator.
  • Corrected an overlapping issue on the World Map Energy bar with the “X” button from the Gem Shop popup.
  • Ensured purchase popups close automatically after a purchase has been completed.
  • Resolved minor visual issues with Birds wearing specific hats, such as Bubbles’ Farmer Hat.
  • Ensured that players who have been suspended in the game, see now the correct messaging instead of being told that they are offline.
• Localization
  • Improved the readability of names in the Shop in German.

Known Issues

While we do our best to release updates without issues, some pesky bugs haven’t been squashed yet. Here you can find an overview of what we are currently working on.

• Facebook Connect on iOS
  • When trying to connect your account to Facebook on iOS, you will be asked to “Open” the Facebook App or “Cancel” to open Facebook in the browser.
  • If you choose “Open” and log into the Facebook App, instead of directing you back to the game, the game will crash.
• Hat Events & Hats
  • In the Hat Adventure, Red’s position may be incorrect after relaunching the game. This is only a visual bug and does not affect actual progress.
  • In very rare cases, Terence refuses to wear his hat during Hat Events or after upgrading a hat. Nasty Terence.
  • Blue’s hat faces the wrong side for a moment when the Hat Event pop-up is opened.
• Clans
  • We added new terrain and elements which caused clans to receive different levels from each other due to the way levels are generated. We will be looking into ways to avoid this issue from repeating again in the future.
• Rowdy Rumble
  • A notification is missing when a player can participate in a Rowdy Rumble and an opponent has surpassed the player’s score.
  • Tapping ‘Sign Up’ on the Rowdy Rumble pop-up may cause the UI to overlap in some cases.
  • After getting eliminated from Rowdy Rumble, the notification badge may still appear. Restarting the app should temporarily resolve this issue.
• User Interface
  • The user interface is duplicated in some instances in the Arena, for example after watching an ad, causing the affected player to freeze.
  • Quests in the Treasure Pass may not appear to be updated immediately in some instances. Please restart the app or return to the Main Menu to resolve this issue.
  • The Out-of-Birds confirmation pop-up incorrectly displays rewards as being affected by Feather Frenzy and Black Pearl Party events.
  • The ‘Erase data’ and ‘TCF’ buttons in the Credits section overlap with the iOS notch area on certain devices.
  • When entering the Gem Shop, the screen might flicker. When this happens, after leaving the shop, the Star Rank and Hat Shop also bounce a few times before moving into the correct position.
  • A User Interface overlap may occure in Daily Challenge and King Pig Panic which caused the game to freeze. We are currently working on a fix for this, which will likley be part of the next update.
• Audio
  • Melody’s sound effects may be missing in some instances for some players..
  • When turning the sound off in the game, only the music and environmental sound is turned off. The birds still have sound effects on.We suggest to disable the sound on yoru device directly.
• In-App Purchases
  • Gems may not be credited immediately following a purchase from the Gem Shop. If this occurs, please restart the app to resolve the issue.
• Miscellaneous
  • An error may occur after completing a run in Mighty Eagle’s Bootcamp on Android devices.
  • The hyperlink to Payment Services Act of Japan located in the confirmation pop-up is currently not working.
  • Daily Challenge streak resets to day 1 for some players after updating to the latest version.
