Ten Years of Angry Birds 2–Design the Community Hat Set!
It’s time to celebrate a huge milestone–ten years of Angry Birds 2 and ten years of community!🎉 Make a mark on this special year by designing your hat for the Fantastical Hat Set.
We’re excited to see what whimsical, imaginative, or magical hats you can create. Think of concepts that feel too incredible or bizarre to be real–perhaps existing in fantasy stories or dreams? 💭💫
Submit Your Fantastical Hat!
Participate by submitting an original design–inspired by the Fantastical Hat Set theme–through the Angry Birds 2 10th Anniversary Community Hat Set page.
You can submit designs for the following birds:
- Red
- Chuck
- Bomb
- Blues
- Matilda
- Stella
- Terence
- Leonard
We accept original designs in the form that fits you best–sketches, paper drawings, or digital art! You can submit several entries as long as they’re original designs.
You have between April 4 2025 00:00 UTC and April 21 2025 00:00 UTC to submit your entry!
Your submission(s) must comply with the Fantastical theme and be a unique design to be considered. To be eligible to participate, you need to be at least 18 years old. Please review the Contest Rules and read more about Rovio’s Social Media Code of Conduct and our Terms Of Service before submitting your designs!
Share Your Fantastical Submission!
Why not brag about your design? Hop on our Discord server to showcase your entries, or share them on other socials with the hashtags #AngryBirds2 and #10thAnniversary. Make sure to submit your entry before sharing it online to ensure that no one steals your design!
What Happens Next?
Once the submission period closes, the Angry Birds 2 team will review the submissions and select two semifinalists for each bird based on originality, theme relevance, and overall design.
From May 5 until May 19, the semifinalist entries will be posted on Discord, bird by bird. Here, it’s up to you to decide who the ultimate, fantastical winners are! Ensure you have a Discord account and that you’re a member of Rovio Gaming to participate in the voting.
Based on your votes, the winners will be decided and announced on May 30, 2025. Winners and runner-ups will then be contacted once the contest ends.

*Due to shipping restrictions, only participants from certain countries are eligible to receive the Merchandise Pack when winning. In case we are not able to ship the products to you, you will instead receive additional in-game rewards in the corresponding value of the Merchandise Pack. You may also freely choose to receive the in-game items even if shipping is available.
