Angry Birds Friends – Help Nepal in this week’s tournament!

On April 25th, a 7.8 magnitude earthquake struck Nepal near Kathmandu. The quake has caused mass devastation and has claimed over 8,000 lives. The area felt a second, 7.3 magnitude tremor last Tuesday (May 12th) causing further destruction and loss of life. Learn more from a member of our own flock in the video below:

We can’t just let that go without acting. This week, we’re hosting a Help Nepal Tournament in Angry Birds Friends to raise awareness for what is happening in Nepal right now.

By teaming up with the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies through the Angry Birds Friends Help Nepal tournament, we’re aiming to raise €100,000 towards helping the victims of the earthquakes in Nepal.

This is where you come in – Nepal needs your help too. Any contributions are greatly appreciated and will help provide vital supplies and shelter to thousands who have lost their homes.

We have a chance to help a lot of people that really need it. Thank you for your support!
